Rentals - Terms and Conditions

All rentals require a credit card to keep on file to secure order. Full payment is due on or before rental date. We accept credit cards, cash, or checks (please note $30.00 returned check fee will apply).

Is normally 24 hours for all equipment except for inflatables, which is up to 6 hours.


one half (1/2) is required on all rental reservations.


Cancellations to contracts must be made 1 week prior to order date.


Rates will be quoted on request
Merchandise for pickup should be in ready condition
Delivery consists of "Dock to Dock" deliveries unless set up is requested or required, for an additional fee.


All prices quoted are for a one day rental unless otherwise indicated. Special week and month rates are available. Prices are subject to change without notice.


All rental items are packed clean and ready to use. Our China, Silver, Glassware, etc. is sparkling clean and "table ready." Our linens are hand laundered and hand pressed.


While our inventory is extensive, reservations are recommended in order to guarantee availability.


If you want an item not listed, please call, as it may now be available.
China, Silver, Utensils, Etc. must be returned cleaned and repacked in original container.
However, Linens should be food free and dry when returned to us. We charge a replacement fee for any missing or broken items. Badly soiled linens that are uncleanable will be charged to customer.
You are responsible for equipment from time of delivery until equipment is returned.

Refunds cannot be made for rental items not used.


Once delivery has been made a refund will NOT be given. If you cancel your rental due to weather before we leave for delivery, then you can reschedule for no additional charge. A full refund will only be given if you cancel 1 week before event.
